Cocktail Omakase is a four-course cocktail tasting experience created in collaboration with Tokyo’s Bar Libre. Guests choose between three curated menus—non-alcoholic, low-ABV, or full-proof—each designed as a guided progression served over one hour.

Every menu changes every two weeks, shaped by seasonality, technique, and an ongoing exchange between New York and Tokyo.

Bar 7

Hidden behind shoji screens, Bar 7 is a seven-seat à la carte bar inspired by Tokyo’s micro bars.

It offers a focused selection of seven cocktails and seven dishes, designed for walk-ins and guests of Cocktail Omakase, embodying the same philosophy of precision, seasonality, and hospitality.
